Digital Embroidery Designs

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to refund or exchange any of our digital products.  Digital designs are made available for instant download as soon as an order is placed. There will be a download link in the confirmation page of the order placed when using a desktop. Additionally, an email will be sent with a download link to the digital designs purchased. If there is a problem with your design, please feel free to email us for troubleshooting.
